Today's colour palette

I made banana pancakes without eggs because I didn't have any. I'll never get over the colour of blueberries. I ate at my new-old kitchen table, which sits on the rug that used to sit in my parents' living room. My mustardy-green culottes were a gift from a friend and the green mat was salvaged from a friend's flat as they moved out. My house is slowly becoming more of a home; it's always so much better here in the summer. Now I'm listening for more thunder and heavy rain while my coffee percolates.
